I. Venue & Date
The Summit will be held on 26 November 2008 at The Marmara Hotel Istanbul. The participation to the Summit is free of charge

The deadline for registration is 21 November 2008

II. Language
The Summit will be conducted in Turkish, English, Serbian, Romanian, Albanian and Bulgarian with Simultaneous Interpretation.

III. Meals & Accommodation
Lunches and coffee breaks on 26 November 2008 offered by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).

The Gala Dinner hosted by TOBB will be given on 26 November 2008.

Greenpark Hotel is in 10 minutes walking distance to the The Marmara Hotel.

IV. Passports and Visas
All people entering Turkey must posses a valid passport. Visa requirements vary according to nationality. Participants requiring a visa to enter Turkey should apply to the nearest Embassy or Consulate of Turkey as early as possible.

V. Climate
The temperature of İstanbul ranges between 10°C -15°C in November. However the temperature tends to fall right down to 8°C in the evenings and nights. We would advise our participants to choose the clothing they will bring with them paying attention to these conditions.

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) has charged Plaza Tours as the Official Travel Agent of the Summit. Participants can contact with Plaza Tours for any kind of services about the Summit.

Full Day Istanbul Ottoman & Byzantine Relics Tour (27 November 2008):

10:00	Departure from the Hotel
10:30	Full day city tour starting with Topkapı Palace. It's imperial residence of Ottoman Sultans exhibiting sacred Islamic relics, Chinese porcelain, weapons and calligraphy.
12:30	Lunch will be taken at Konyalı restaurant.
13:30	After lunch you will be visiting St. Sophia, one of the greatest marvels of architecture, constructed as a basilica in the 6th century by Emperor Justinian
15:00	Than tour will continue with Sultan Ahmet Square, the heart of Istanbul from where the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires were ruled. You will visit Hippodrome, center of sportive events and political activities of old Istanbul. Serpentine Column, Obeliks of Theodosius and German Fountain are the monuments decorating Hippodrome. Then tour will continue with visiting Sultan Ahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque) with famous blue Iznik tiles with unique 6 minarets, built in the name of Sultan Ahmet.
16:00 - 17:00	At the end of the tour you will visit Grand Covered Bazaar for shooping. Nearly 4000 shops selling carpets, antiques, leather, jewellery, gold and souvenir in Grand Covered Bazaar.
